Working Draft of Syllabus (2025–2026)


Program Overview

  • Duration: 12‑month commitment
  • Size: Cohort limited to 25 participants
  • Format: Monthly 3‑hour Zoom sessions
    • Two training opportunities per month (1 core session + 1 make‑up)
    • Participants are encouraged to attend both for maximum benefit
  • Model: Cohort‑based learning with peer learning partnerships
    • Monthly peer learning call required
    • Monthly reading and pre‑session preparation
    • Emphasis on real‑time practice, including role‑play
  • Completion Certificate: Awarded for attending at least 10 of 12 core sessions
    Completion of Foundations is required before enrolling in Advanced TtT.
  • Tuition:
    • $1,800 — 12 monthly payments of $150
    • $1,500 — paid in full upfront ($300 discount)

Kickoff Sept 23rd - after that sessions will be the first Tuesday of each month
All sessions will be held at 3:00pm to 6:00pm (PST) / 6:00pm to 9:00pm (EST)

6 Feb 3rd Conflict as a Doorway Welcoming conflict as fertile ground for breakthroughs; reframing resistance as invitation
7 March 3rd Curiosity & Experience Compassionate self‑reflection and non‑intrusive curiosity
8 April 7th Story Work Exploring narratives; identifying empowering vs. disempowering stories
9 May 6th Emotions and Leadership Emotional literacy and regulation; grounding; naming emotions
10 June 2nd Acknowledging the Past How past commitments emerge in present conflicts; holding space for remembering
11 July 7th Integration Practice Blending skills: peer coaching, facilitation, and feedback loops
12 August 4th Completion & Next Steps Reflecting on growth; completion process; potential certification pathway

Ongoing Practices

  • Spiritual Practice Integration: Standing for leaders’ created purpose and holding space for breakthroughs in real time.
  • Non‑Judgmental Self‑Reflection: Owning contributions whether interventions succeed or fail.
  • Asking for Feedback: Consistently checking what is heard vs. what is meant.
  • Peer Learning: Practicing with peers and creating networks of support.
  • Facilitation Practice: Real‑time role‑play using professional challenges and experiences.

Notes on Certificate of Completion

This program confers a Certificate of Completion, not a certification. Advanced TtT (with a certification pathway) will be introduced in the first few months of the program.
