All trainings are individually tailored to
meet the needs of the organization as well as the participants (e.g., all
staff, managers, supervisors and/or individual participants)

WAVE Training & Consulting LLC (WAVE) provides the facilitation support and structure that matches each
organization’s combination of style and culture while still respecting the need
to move forward and make significant decisions. We believe that our training
structure can support the organization’s objectives while providing careful
attention to assessment, planning, learning transfer, follow up, etc.

Each segment of training will include large group discussion, small group
exploration, and role-play designed to ground the topics and issues in the real
work of the organization while allowing participants to apply practical skills
and to be coached to achieve higher levels of effectiveness. In this process,
WAVE delivers a comprehensive range of service components to optimize the training experience.

The training sessions listed below are available either in person or online.  The general cost for a 3-hour virtual session is $5,000 and for an in-person 6-hour session is $12,000.  There are opportunities and challenges with both options and clients will make the final decision in consultation with WAVE.
