Our work at WAVE Training & Consulting LLC is evolving.  For more than two decades, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with  leaders committed to making real change in themselves in order to positively impact their personal and professional lives as well as their organizations and the communities they serve. At the heart of that work has always been one thing: unleashing the leader within.  

The times we’re in have caught up with WAVE’s approach and are now demanding the type of leader that we have committed ourselves to, the leader that powerfully emerges from within, that is rooted in practice and always inviting others to the same practices to awaken and enliven their own internal leader.  As always the challenge is to make sure that there are more people committed to developing (training) this type of leader.  

That’s why we will be launching a Train-the-Trainer (TtT) program this fall, designed for those who want to carry the work of Breakthrough Action™ Leadership into their own organizations, communities, and individual client work. It’s time to multiply the impact.

On June 27, we will be hosting a co-creative conversation for clients who want to explore this moment with me. What does it look like to carry this work forward? What’s emerging in our leadership and in our world that needs tending? If you’ve been shaped by this work and wish to develop your own practice further, I’d love for you to be part of that conversation.

This summer, we’ll be offering several public trainings, including not just Breakthrough Action™ Leadership, but also advanced courses like The Opportunity of Conflict and Trauma-Informed Leadership. Whether you’re refreshing your own leadership practice or preparing to step into this work to more formally train others, these courses are a powerful way to re-engage and renew your own internal practice and external impact.
