Veronica has worked for over 20 years as a business consultant/coach helping businesses establish a triple bottom line approach and continue to thrive in that model. During that time, Veronica co-developed and led leadership programs for hundreds of leaders that harmonized an individual’s purpose with the mission, values and strategic intent of their organization. She has specialized in coaching leaders in building fulfilling careers resulting in both individual and organizational transformation.

Prior to that she partnered in establishing a health insurance agency that supported both large and small businesses in providing high value benefits to their employees. Her expertise in the healthcare benefits industry launched her career as a consultant and contributed to the implementation of the Oregon Health Plan. She helped build alignment with top insurance industry executives, state officials, and local communities. Her focus in this project was to transform a reluctant, resistant community into ambassadors, playing a key role in the success and adoption of the plan.
