Its official Breakthrough Action™ Train-the-Trainer Foundations program is launching in September. This cohort is already shaping up to be something special filled with experienced and emerging leaders who are ready to deepen their own particular practice of coaching and facilitating others.

This 12-month journey is designed to introduce you to:

• Embodying the principles of Breakthrough Action™ Leadership
• WAVE’s coaching and facilitation practice and presence
• The creation of transformational learning spaces that build responsibility, emotional awareness, and curiosity
• The spiritual practices that ground each space you work in and open the space for real-time transformation  

Here’s what you can expect for timing:

• Kickoff Session: Monday, September 23, 3:00–4:30 PM Pacific / 6:00–7:30 PM Eastern 
• Ongoing Sessions: First Tuesday of each month, 3:00–6:00 PM Pacific / 6:00–9:00 PM Eastern
• The Emerging Price Point: Each session will be priced between $150 and $200 with discounts for people that who choose to pay up front
• The Commitment: We will be organizing cohorts so your commitment to attending and ongoing participation is crucial to the success of the training. We will ask you to commit to 10 of 12 sessions to successfully complete this program
• The Promise: Live conversations with David Mensah, an expanded relationship to your own capacity to coach and facilitate, and an opportunity for ongoing relationship with your peers
